The Mitchell County Strong program started as a collaboration between the Solomon Valley Community Foundation, the Beloit Area Chamber of Commerce, and Solomon Valley Economic Development as a way to support local businesses, non-profits, and residents of Mitchell County during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The brand of Mitchell County Strong has since evolved into its own beast. Today MCS is utilized to promote programing and new initiatives.
