The Mitchell County Strong program started as a collaboration between the Solomon Valley Community Foundation, the Beloit Area Chamber of Commerce, and Solomon Valley Economic Development as a way to support local businesses, non-profits, and residents of Mitchell County during the COVID-19 pandemic. What started with a Buy 1, Give 1 program soon expanded to A Disaster Relief Fund, Hungry Hungry Heros program, and an MCS Online Auction. Mitchell County Strong has become a platform that will continue working to benefit, promote, and support the communities of Mitchell County.
